Questions
A typical logo design project takes 5–10 business days from brief to final files. This includes initial concepts, 2–3 rounds of revisions, and final delivery in all required formats. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
You'll receive all the formats you need: PNG (transparent), JPG, SVG, PDF, and the source file (AI/PSD). For branding packages, we also provide a brand guide with colour codes, typography, and usage guidelines.
All packages include 2–3 rounds of revisions (depending on the service). Additional revision rounds are available at R150 per round. We find that most clients are happy within the initial rounds because we take time to understand your brief properly upfront.
We require a 50% deposit upfront to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon completion before final files are delivered. For larger projects, we can arrange a 3-part payment plan. We accept bank transfers (EFT) and mobile payments.
Yes! For projects over R3,000 we offer flexible payment plans. You can split payments into 2 or 3 instalments spread across the project timeline. Just let us know when filling in your project brief and we'll work something out.
Minor tweaks (like text changes or colour adjustments) within 7 days of delivery are included free of charge. Anything beyond that or significant changes will be quoted separately. For website projects built on WordPress, you'll be able to make basic content updates yourself.
Yes — once final payment is received, you own full commercial rights to the completed designs. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Source files are included in Professional and Premium packages.
Just fill in our project brief form — it takes about 3 minutes. If you have existing brand assets (logo, colours, fonts), reference images, or specific content, please share those too. The more we know upfront, the better the result.
